Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Feed Mill Sanitation Technician in Statesville, NC. This role supports the Purina Animal Nutrition business, performing sanitation activities to keep facilities clean and compliant, ensuring inputs and processes yield high-quality products.

You will work on the manufacturing team, cleaning buildings and grounds, with a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM shift, and occasional weekends/overtime. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others.
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly.
• Follows all GMPs, quality, production, training, and sanitation standards as well as SOPs on tasks.
• Able to multi-task and keep up with demands in a fast-paced environment.
