Job summary

George’s Inc is seeking a Feed Mill Receiving team member. It’s fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they’re doing! The Feed Mill Receiving team member is responsible for receiving the ingredients at the feed mill.

This position will not have supervisory responsibility. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, math comprehension, and mechanical aptitude. Prior feed mill experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic understanding on computers and math comprehension are required.
• Mechanical aptitude is required from previous work history.

Responsibilities

• Unload ingredient trucks and record on appropriate documents.
• Keep a clean and safe receiving area and warehouse.
• Perform weekly housekeeping duties and other cleaning duties deemed necessary by manager.

• Unload ingredient trucks and record on appropriate documents.
• Keep a clean and safe receiving area and warehouse.
• Perform weekly housekeeping duties and other cleaning duties deemed necessary by manager.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will not have supervisory responsibility.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic understanding on computers, math comprehension
  • Mechanical aptitude in previous work history
• Preferred
  • Previous feed mill experience.
