CHS Inc. in Edgeley, ND is seeking a hands-on Feed Mill Operator to help produce high-quality livestock feed by operating equipment, supporting day-to-day production and maintaining a safe, efficient facility. No direct feed mill experience?

We provide on-the-job training and a $2,500 hiring bonus for eligible candidates. Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm, with forklift certifications encouraged and opportunities to join the largest cooperative in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in operations, production, manufacturing or agriculture environments.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Agriculture experience preferred.
• Pre-employment screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate feed mill equipment (grinders, mixers, batching/pelleting) under supervision.
• Monitor equipment and record process parameters to meet specifications.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety practices in the work area.
• Receive, handle, and move feed ingredients and loadout.
• Complete training and support plant operations as needed.
