Feed Mill Operations

• Operate milling and mixing equipment to produce feed according to established formulas and schedules

• Load and unload raw materials (grains, supplements, etc.) using forklifts, loaders, or conveyors
• Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate production records

Feed Delivery

• Safely operate a Class B CDL truck to deliver bulk or bagged feed to customer locations
• Load and secure feed for transport, following DOT and company guidelines
• Unload feed using augers, conveyors, or by hand when necessary
• Communicate effectively with customers to confirm deliveries and handle any service issues
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues to maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record or ability to obtain CDL
• Experience operating feed mill or agricultural equipment preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in dusty, noisy, and outdoor environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
