Role Description

The Feed Mill Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Lebanon, WI, responsible for operating and monitoring feed mill equipment to produce high-quality feed products. Day-to-day tasks include setting up, running, and adjusting milling and mixing equipment; measuring and loading ingredients according to production specifications; and monitoring product quality throughout the process. The role involves performing routine equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, and coordinating with maintenance personnel to address mechanical issues. The Feed Mill Operator also assists with quality control checks, maintains a clean and safe work area, follows safety and regulatory guidelines, and may help train team members on proper mill procedures. This position works closely with other operations staff to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
