Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to provide general and preventive maintenance in a poultry processing facility. The role requires read/write English, knowledge of ammonia systems, and the ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends when needed.

The candidate should have an Associate’s Degree or Technical Certificate (or equivalent) and 3+ years in industrial maintenance. Exposure to PM systems and Microsoft applications is expected.

Qualifications

• General and preventive maintenance experience in poultry/food manufacturing.
• Associate’s Degree or Technical Certificate or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and preventive maintenance on processing equipment.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements at all times.
• Read and interpret technical drawings for repairs and installations.
• Work in collaboration with maintenance team to diagnose issues and execute repairs.
