You will lead planning, scheduling, and coordination of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience.
• Technical competency equivalent to a Perdue Maintenance A Mechanic.
• Proven leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance work orders to optimize labor, materials, and equipment.
• Align maintenance plans with production schedules and leadership priorities.
• Ensure optimal equipment functionality while supporting cost control and budget adherence.
• Estimate labor hours and resource needs for maintenance activities.
• Communicate job scope clearly to maintenance teams.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Monitor KPIs like OEE, throughput, downtime, and efficiency.
• Use Maximo CMMS to create, prioritize, and manage work orders and maintain asset histories.
• Coordinate with Procurement for parts and services.
• Support safety, OSHA, and EHS standards.
