Job summary

Butterball, LLC is seeking a dedicated team member to operate equipment and load finished feed into trailers for delivery across our NC facilities and farms. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy in data entry, and adherence to SOPs while maintaining organized records and logs.

Qualifications

• Good communication, organization, time-management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to solve basic routine problems using established standards.
• Detail-orientated with the ability to maintain accuracy in data entry
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Good reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to operate a forklift or other material handling equipment

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties in a safe manner consistent with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety procedures, quality control programs, and food safety programs, including wearing all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Monitors inventories. Maintains measurements in the appropriate systems.
• Maintains good housekeeping in assigned areas following all housekeeping programs.
• Conducts quality control processes and testing outlined in SOPs. Logs and maintains all results.
• Maintains and/or distributes accurate and organized records, reports, and documentation.
• Completes timely data entry ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained in relevant systems or logs.
• Attends safety and training meetings.
