Job summary

Pilgrim’s Arcadia, WI is seeking a Line Operator to monitor equipment, perform changeovers, and set up/close down machines in the assigned area. The Line 4 Operator will be used as needed.

You will maintain records, assist teammates, perform basic PM checks, and assist with other line equipment. A High School Diploma/GED and ability to read English are required; pallet jack license and LOTO authorization are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions in English.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light maintenance.
• Willingness to obtain pallet jack license and LOTO authorization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment and adjust to maintain quality and productivity.
• Prepare area for start-up, changeovers, and shutdown.
• Maintain records and conduct periodic checks as directed.
• Provide supplies for operation of the machine/line (film, packaging, PPE).
• Communicate with team members and notify maintenance or supervision as needed.
• Assist on the line and with rework or training of team members.
• Complete basic PM checklist on equipment.
• Support other line equipment and departments as needed.
