Feed Logistics and Inventory Coordinator

Join Premier Cooperative as a Feed Logistics and Inventory Coordinator. This role involves managing transportation, scheduling, and inventory of animal feed to ensure efficient and timely delivery to farms and facilities. The coordinator will work with two feed mills operating 24/5, collaborating with manufacturing, drivers, and sales teams to meet member needs, utilizing systems and data for decision-making. Ensuring inventory accuracy across locations and resolving discrepancies promptly are key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Delivery Scheduling & Routing: Plan and coordinate feed deliveries, optimize routes with logistics software, and adjust plans based on real-time factors.
  2. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with manufacturing, drivers, and sales to align logistics with production and customer demands.
  3. Inventory Management & Accuracy: Monitor and reconcile inventory levels, investigate discrepancies, and maintain detailed knowledge of inventory flows.
  4. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure operations meet regulatory standards and maintain comprehensive records.
