  • Selling relevant Feed Ingredients (such soybean meal, pulses, beans, wheat, grains, barley, nuts and other organics) across Ohio and Illinois, attending trade shows and visiting clients/prospective clients when required.
  • Coordinating the full trade life cycle, including marketing sales, communication with warehouses / transport logistic providers as to ensure timely delivery.
  • Working with the operational team as to improve effectiveness of processes and procedures to reflect company practices.
  • Supporting organic certification processes and audits, mentoring operational staff to ensure effective knowledge and market intelligence transfer.
  • Role reports to Director and trading desk head
Key Qualifications / Experience
  • 2+ years within agricultural trading of relevant products such as soybean meal, pulses, beans, wheat, grains, barley, nuts and other organics
  • Degree in Agribusiness or related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of logistic operations, including coordination of containers, hopper trucks and dry van shipments related equipment
  • Understanding of commodity trading and agribusiness sectors, trade shows, market trends and certification standards.
  • Role is remotely based anywhere in Ohio or Illinois, although travelling as required
