Job summary

Postgraduate-Center-For-Mental-Heal in New York seeks a licensed psychotherapist to provide individual and group psychotherapy within a flexible, hybrid schedule. The role includes intakes, treatment planning, and coordination with social work, evaluations, and psychiatric services.

Candidates must have LMSW/LCSW/LMHC/LCAT/LMFT or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and at least 2 years’ outpatient experience. EHR maintenance is required as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in outpatient mental health setting with direct client contact as a Psychotherapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide verbal psychotherapy to individuals and/or in a group setting.
• Conduct intakes as needed.
• Formulate appropriate treatment plans for clients.
• Centrally coordinate each client’s psychotherapy with ancillary and combined services when needed.
• Include coordination with social work services, psychological evaluations, and psychiatric consultations.
• Maintain current and timely EHR records on all patients in accordance with PCMH policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by PCMH management.
