Job summary

Doral Health & Wellness is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care for medically fragile pediatric patients through our HCBS program in home and community settings. Responsibilities include comprehensive nursing assessments, monitoring patient status, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license.
• Pediatric clinical experience required.
• Experience caring for medically fragile pediatric patients.
• Home care or community-based experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing care for medically fragile pediatric patients.
• Provide patient-centered care in home and community settings.

Compensation: $150/hour

Doral Health & Wellness is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to medically fragile pediatric patients through our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) program.

This role focuses on delivering patient-centered care in home and community settings, with an emphasis on supporting patients and families and improving quality of life.
