JOB SUMMARY
The Fee Booth Cashier is responsible for managing daily fee collections at Horseshoe Bend while complying with company cash handling policies. Provide guest service functions for the City of Page that include greeting guests, educating our guest about Horseshoe Bend and the surrounding area, and delivery of exceptional guest service. Monitor and control the traffic into the parking facility. Collect payment and process all cash and credit card payments. Reconcile balances and perform opening/closing duties. Must have the ability to handle all guest complaints at a higher level.
