Job summary

RBC is seeking a dedicated professional to promote advisory, fee-based program sales and educate brokers on program options. You will support Financial Advisors with service, training, and program recommendations while coordinating with internal departments to resolve fee-based program issues.

The role focuses on enhancing broker productivity and implementing ease-of-doing-business initiatives, including collaboration with IAG product management.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business or finance is preferred.
• 3+ years securities or financial markets experience required with knowledge of fee-based business preferred.
• Strong understanding of fee-based platforms and Financial Advisor needs.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Promote advisory, fee-based program sales by educating brokers on programs covered.
• Provide program recommendations, service and support to Financial Advisors.
• Develop and facilitate ease of doing business initiatives and train programs.
• Act as liaison for brokers with internal departments to resolve issues on fee-based programs.
