Job summary

Industrial and Financial Systems seeks a FedRamp Information Security & Observability Analyst to monitor 24x7 security events and system health across customer environments. You will triage incidents, identify security gaps in cloud environments, and communicate with resolver groups to remediate issues.

The role requires 1 year in security operations or IT security, with familiarity in SIEM/XDR, cloud threats, and scripting. Hybrid work and US federal requirements may apply.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or Information Technology with 1 year of security operations experience.
  • Knowledge of Information Security and Compliance.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor security events and system health 24x7 across customer environments.
  • Triage incidents by severity and coordinate with resolver groups.
  • Identify information security gaps, focusing on cloud environments.
  • Stay current on threats and vulnerabilities; support mitigations.
  • Generate regular security posture reports and incident trends.
  • Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base articles.
