Job summary

Knox Systems, Inc. is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to lead FedRAMP-aligned onboarding for Federal cloud environments. The role interfaces with SRE, Security Operations, Compliance, and Engineering to deliver production readiness and compliant operations.

You will manage multi-workstream projects, drive incident response readiness, and guide customers through the transition from onboarding to steady-state operations, ensuring alignment with customer SLAs and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding customers through FedRAMP-authorized deployments.
• Ability to translate compliance and security requirements into project plans.
• Strong collaboration with SRE, Security, Compliance, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for Federal customers through go-live.
• Lead FedRAMP-aligned onboarding ensuring security and operational readiness.
• Coordinate across Engineering, SRE, NOC, SOC, Security, and Compliance teams.
