You will drive operational success post-implementation, align customers with Knox standards, and act as a trusted technical and executive advisor. You will coordinate with SRE, Security, Compliance, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership to ensure enterprise customers operate effectively in regulated environments, managing escalations and driving strategic

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical account management, customer success, implementation management, cloud operations, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Own ongoing customer relationships after go-live and implementation.
• Serve as primary operational and strategic point of contact for accounts.
• Advise on operational best practices, platform adoption, and process adherence.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams during incidents, escalations, and customer-impacting events.
• Drive customer meeting cadence, operational reviews, and executive status updates.
• Ensure alignment with Knox SLAs, incident response procedures, and change management.
