Job summary

Neumo Holdings LLC is seeking an experienced FedRAMP Program Manager to lead the end-to-end pursuit of FedRAMP High authorization. This role owns readiness assessment through ATO and steady-state monitoring, ensuring schedule, budget, and audit readiness.

The role requires collaboration with Engineering, IT, Product, Legal, Finance, and HR to translate NIST 800-53 High controls into engineering and business decisions, reporting to the CISO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in security compliance, GRC, or IT audit program management.
• 3+ years directly managing a FedRAMP High authorization effort.
• Experience taking a system through 3PAO assessment and agency authorization.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the FedRAMP High program plan, scope, schedule, budget, milestones, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Serve as liaison to sponsoring federal agency, FedRAMP PMO, and 3PAO throughout readiness, security assessment, and authorization.
• Coordinate SSP, POA&M, SAP/SAR, and evidence in collaboration with Engineering and IT.
• Close control gaps against NIST SP 800-53 High baseline with secure architectures.
• Align product roadmap decisions with authorization requirements and change-control obligations.
• Collaborate with Legal on agency sponsorship, FedRAMP obligations, and data handling/CUI.
• Budget with Finance for 3PAO costs, tooling, and ongoing monitoring.
• Define staffing with HR and build FedRAMP/security-awareness training.
• Lead cross-functional governance cadences and manage risks to closure.
• Prepare regular program updates for executive leadership.
