Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking a FedRAMP/GovRAMP expert to own federal authorizations and drive the program across the organization. You will manage 3PAO relationships, lead continuous monitoring, and translate regulatory requirements into clear roadmaps for engineering and ops teams.

You will engage with federal agencies, prepare SSP/SAP packages, and ensure timely remediation of findings, while guiding product changes to maintain compliance and security posture for government customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on FedRAMP or GovRAMP programs experience.
• Experience coordinating initial assessments and annual re-assessments with 3PAOs.
• Degree in CS/CE/Cybersecurity or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own FedRAMP and GovRAMP certifications and roadmaps for the program.
• Manage 3PAO relationships and assessment cycles.
• Lead ConMon delivery including vulnerability scans and SSP updates.
• Oversee POA&M processes and timely closure of findings.
• Coordinate changes with product/engineering for security controls.
