BRBW GROUP ENTERPRISES is hiring delivery drivers out of Greenwood, Indiana. You will operate a company-provided box truck to deliver packages across your route, with 250 miles per day and 80-250 stops, involving loading, unloading, and on-the-road navigation.

Routes are GPS-guided and schedules are consistent with pay reflecting effort. Base daily pay ranges from $180–$200, with performance-based pay up to $280 per day; weekly pay, paid training, and benefits are available, along with PTO

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• No CDL required
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs; frequent bending, lifting, and maneuvering in/out of truck
• Strong time management and the ability to work independently
• Professional appearance and customer-facing attitude on every shift
• Prior delivery experience a plus — not required

We're a FedEx Ground contractor serving routes in the Greenwood area. No CDL required. We offer weekly pay, solid benefits, and a team that supports you from day one. Full-time positions available.

The Job

You’ll operate a company-provided box truck to deliver packages to homes and businesses across your assigned route. Expect 250 miles a day, 80–250 stops, and physical work — loading, unloading, and navigating all day. Routes are GPS-guided. The schedule is consistent and the pay reflects the effort.

First-wave drivers start at 6:30 AM; standard dispatch is 8:00 AM. During peak season, expect 6-day weeks — and the extra pay to go with it.

Schedule

Monday–Friday with alternating Saturdays

Start time: 8:00 AM standard / 6:30 AM first-wave dispatch

6 days/week during peak season | Weekend availability required during peak periods
