2S INC runs FedEx Ground delivery routes out of Jeffersonville, Indiana, and is hiring drivers at $180-190 per day, based on experience. Choose from flexible schedules, with routes starting at 9 AM.

About 2S INC

2S INC offers weekly pay every Friday and paid training for 1-2 weeks at the same pay, based on driving experience. The company’s delivery area includes Charlestown, Sellersburg, New Washington, Memphis, Henryville, Borden, Pekin, Salem, and Campbellsburg. Drivers operate step vans ranging from 23 to 30 feet long on town and country routes.

The Job

You’ll deliver packages on routes under 150 miles per day, loading and unloading packages and providing professional customer service at delivery stops. You’ll operate a company-provided step van and work independently, following your route until all packages are delivered.

The work involves frequent bending, lifting, and getting in and out of the vehicle. You may also have opportunities to earn a performance bonus.

Compensation

• Daily pay: $180-190 per day, based on experience
• Pay structure: Flat daily rate
• Training pay: Same pay during 1-2 weeks of paid training, based on driving experience
• Performance bonus: Available
• Pay frequency:
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Paid training at the same pay for 1-2 weeks, based on driving experience
• PTO: 5 days from hire through the first anniversary, 7 days annually from the first through second year, and 10 days annually from the second anniversary onward

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• No CDL required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Prior courier or delivery experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs, with frequent bending and getting in and out of the delivery vehicle, with or without reasonable accommodation

Schedule

Flexible schedules include Tuesday-Saturday, Wednesday-Sunday, Wednesday-Saturday (4 days), and Monday-Saturday (6 days). Routes start at 9 AM and continue until all packages are delivered. Average workdays are 8-10 hours.
