Job summary

Ekholm Enterprises is seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Package Delivery Drivers. We offer paid training and a supportive environment for full-time, part-time, or seasonal opportunities.

You will safely deliver and pick up packages, use delivery scanners, and provide excellent customer service on residential and commercial routes. Training and ongoing support are provided by experienced managers and drivers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass DOT background check, DOT physical, and drug screening.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 150 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb stairs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong attendance and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company-provided delivery vehicles.
• Deliver and pick up packages at homes and businesses along assigned routes.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Utilize scanners and delivery technology to track packages.
• Maintain efficient route performance while adhering to safety standards.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and team members.
• Work independently while contributing to a positive team environment.
