Job summary

MXP Logistics is a FedEx Ground contractor in Durham, NC, hiring delivery drivers now. If you have your own vehicle and a valid license, you’ll start at $20/hour with weekly pay and flexible part-time or full-time options. Training is provided; routes dispatch around 9:00–9:30 AM.

Fuel reimbursement is included and benefits include weekly direct deposit, PTO, and scheduling flexibility. Applicants must be 21+, pass a drug screen and background check, and have an SUV or larger vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience.

• Must have own SUV or larger personal vehicle.
• Model year 2010 or newer.
• Vehicle registered in your name.
• Active vehicle registration and state-minimum insurance.

Responsibilities

Job description

MXP Logistics is a FedEx Ground contractor based in Durham, NC, hiring delivery drivers now. If you have your own vehicle, a clean license, and the drive to show up — we'll put you to work starting at $20/hour.

No prior delivery experience required. We'll train you. Part-time and full-time positions available — 3 to 5 days a week, with weekly pay every Friday.

The Job

You'll deliver packages to homes and businesses across assigned routes in the Durham area using your own SUV or larger personal vehicle. Routes are GPS-guided and dispatched at 9:00-9:30 AM. This is active, physical work — you'll be in and out of your vehicle all day covering stops on your route. If you're reliable and organized, the schedule is consistent and the pay is weekly.

Fuel reimbursement is provided based on your hourly pay and route performance.
