JTWO DLV CORP is seeking an energetic FedEx Delivery Helper to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. This fast-paced role supports delivery drivers and ensures packages are loaded, unloaded, and delivered accurately and on time.

You will work in a on-site setting, assisting with loading, unloading, sorting, and delivering to customers while maintaining safety, efficiency, and customer service standards. Weekend and peak season availability are required.

Qualifications

• Must lift and carry up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to work in various weather conditions and maintain pace.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to start early mornings.

• Valid government-issued ID required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist FedEx delivery drivers with loading, unloading, and sorting packages
• Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a timely manner
• Verify package accuracy and match deliveries to manifests and delivery routes
• Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transport and delivery
• Maintain a safe and organized delivery vehicle throughout the shift
• Provide friendly, professional customer service during all deliveries
• Follow all DOT safety regulations and company delivery procedures

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry packages up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and maintain a fast work pace
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow delivery instructions accurately
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to early morning start times
• Valid government-issued ID required
• Prior delivery, warehouse, or logistics experience is a plus
• Must be able to work weekends and peak season schedules as needed
