3T Delivery Inc. in Savannah, GA is hiring FedEx Delivery drivers for full-time and part-time roles. No CDL is required, and drivers earn weekly pay between $1,140 and $1,200, with paid training and vacation benefits.

Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, delivering up to 150 stops daily, and providing excellent customer service. Lead Driver duties include team leadership, route coordination, and acting as a liaison between drivers and management to resolve issues and ensure on-time

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pass a drug test with random screens throughout employment.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lb and up to 150 lb with a hand truck.
• Pass FedEx Ground background check.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality for daily routes.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicle and complete business/residential routes.
• Perform up to 150 stops per day on routes varying by day.
• Inspect vehicle daily and ensure proper loading of packages.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with manager.

We are hiringa Lead Driver and Full Time, and Part Time FedEx Delivery driverswith work-related driving experience and a strong work ethic to make local residential and business deliveries. (CDL License Not required!) If you have been a Local Driver, Route Driver, Truck Driver, Courier, Pick Up Driver, Delivery driver - and if you have driven for UPS, Amazon, previous FedEx companies, DHL, Wal-Mart, Uber, Lyft or any other similar companies - that is a plus! Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
• Pass a drug test (includes marijuana) with continued random drug screens throughout employment
• Pass a DOT physical
• Be able to safely lift/carry up to 75 lbs. and up to 150 lbs. with hand truck
• Pass FedEx Ground criminal background check
• Have reliable transportation to and from work - Be on time and ready to work each workday

Lead Driver:

• -Must have FedEx experience
• -Will work side by side with the Assistant BC (assistant manager)
• Team leadership
• -Train, mentor, and support newer drivers, helping them meet performance and safety goals.
• -Operations coordination; Resolve delivery issues on the road, and act as a link between drivers and management.
• -Route Management; Monitor drivers’ daily pickup and delivery routes using DRO and Ground Cloud.
• -Well organized
• -Basic mechanical knowledge
• -Able to drive up to a 26’ truck

Drivers should be able to:

• Be able to climb stairs
• Be able to work in all types of weather
• Have a strong work ethic and get it done attitude

Daily Duties include but not limited to:

• Your vehicle must be operated safely at all times
• Delivery and pick up of packages to businesses and residences. Routes vary in number of pick-ups and deliveries, but expectations are a driver will routinely perform up to 150 stops a day
• Perform daily inspection of vehicle including checking fluid levels
• Loading vehicle for deliveries and organizing daily loads
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain appropriate communication with manager
• Accurately operate scanner/effectively track delivery process
• Accurate disposition of package delivery and pickups is a must and critical to our integrity.
• Consistently deliver entire route in a timely manner
