Job summary

Perspicacity Logistics Group Corp. is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our local team in St. Peters, MO. You will deliver packages door-to-door and operate a company-provided vehicle, ensuring timely, accurate deliveries and professional representation of the company.

No CDL is required. The role offers weekly pay, paid training, safety bonuses, PTO, sick time, and a flexible schedule. This full-time position supports a 5-day work week with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Class E license required for Missouri.
• Able to lift packages up to 150 lbs., including bending, lifting and maneuvering.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle.
• Pick up, scan, load, and deliver packages.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery while maintaining package condition.
• Plan and follow efficient routes; comply with traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Verify package accuracy and maintain delivery documentation.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Communicate with the dispatch team about delays or route issues.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Report vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or traffic violations promptly.
• Follow company policies and delivery safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle
• Pick up, scan, load, and deliver packages
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages while maintaining their condition
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes while complying with traffic laws and safety regulations
• Verify package accuracy and maintain required delivery documentation
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Communicate with the dispatch team regarding delays, route issues, or other delivery concerns
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle
• Report vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or traffic violations promptly
• Follow company policies and delivery safety procedures
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Required Qualifications:

• Age 21 or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Class E license required for Missouri
• Must be willing and able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift packages up to
  150 lbs., including bending, lifting, and maneuvering packages in and out of the delivery vehicle
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
• Good time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Prior courier or delivery experience is a plus
• No CDL required
