Job summary

Perspicacity Logistics Group Corp. in St. Peters, Missouri is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team. You will deliver packages to local customers, work independently, stay active, and build experience with opportunities to transition from seasonal to permanent employment.

If you're dependable, safety-focused, customer-oriented, and enjoy driving, we want you on our team. No CDL is required and weekly pay, paid training, and a safety/service bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Class E license required for Missouri
• Must be willing and able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs., including bending, lifting, and maneuvering packages in and out of the delivery vehicle
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
• Good time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Prior courier or delivery experience is a plus
• No CDL required

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle
• Pick up, scan, load, and deliver packages
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages while maintaining their condition
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes while complying with traffic laws and safety regulations
• Verify package accuracy and maintain required delivery documentation
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Communicate with the dispatch team regarding delays, route issues, or other delivery concerns
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle
• Report vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or traffic violations promptly
• Follow company policies and delivery safety procedures
• Represent the company professionally at all times

7-day operation

Key Responsibilities:
