• Pass a drug test and a DOT physical
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. (150 lbs. with a hand truck)
• Pass FedEx Ground criminal background check
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to climb stairs and work in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude

Daily Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle safely at all times
• Deliver and pick up packages, up to 150 stops daily
• Perform vehicle inspections and organize loads
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with management
• Use scanner devices accurately to track deliveries
• Ensure timely and complete route delivery
