Four Corners, a Chicago-based hospitality group expanding nationally, is seeking a Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This role offers you a chance to expand your skills in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and contribute to high-quality dishes across our venues.

You will follow standard recipes, maintain sanitary work areas, assist in plating, and support cooks during rush periods. Must have a Food Handlers Certificate and at least 2 years of experience in a busy restaurant, with strong

Responsibilities

• Carefully follows standard recipes while preparing assigned items for foodservice
• Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling practices
• Assists other cooks during emergencies or rush periods
• Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas, to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices
• Assists in plating food items for service
• Cleans assigned work station areas
• Ensure food is stored and cooked at the correct temperature by regulating the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters
• Carefully follows instructions and procedures set and communicated by Chef
