Four Corners, a Chicago-based hospitality group, is expanding its Nashville footprint with Federales. We seek a Barback to support servers and bartenders, run food, and maintain pristine dining areas while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in hospitality, valid Food Handler and Bassett certifications, and a collaborative, adaptable approach to a busy, multi-venue environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience.
• Food Handler and Bassett certifications are required.
• Ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Support servers and bartenders during service.
• Run food to tables and bar areas.
• Clean and reset tables between guests.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team.
• Work under the guidance of FOH managers.

Job Summary

Barback/support staff position for a talented and dynamic individual, excited to grow in the service industry.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Support servers and bartenders
• Run food to tables and bar
• Cleaning and re-setting tables
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Work under the guidance of our FOH managers

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum of 1-year experience in the hospitality industry
• Required certification(s): Food Handler, Basset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment
• Good judgment skills and adaptive attitude
