Apogee Global RMS seeks an experienced Workforce Readiness & Enablement Lead to model workforce needs, assess organizational readiness, and drive training and knowledge transfer for a federal simulation and analytics solution. The role shapes staffing requirements, readiness challenges, and adoption strategies in a government environment.

The incumbent will develop and deliver training for executives, planners, analysts, system admins, and technical teams, ensuring successful adoption,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in workforce planning, organizational readiness, training, knowledge management, or change management.
Experience translating complex processes into learning materials.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Assess workforce structures, staffing models, roles, competencies, and readiness requirements.
Translate workforce data into simulation requirements and analytical outputs.
Develop and deliver training and knowledge-transfer programs for executives, operators, analysts, and technical staff.
Create user guides, administrator guides, job aids, quick-reference materials, and runbooks.
Deliver training sessions for diverse audiences and evaluate effectiveness.
Coordinate knowledge transfer between development teams and government users.
