Requirements

• HWC DMD student in advanced standing (Have completed or partially completed advanced DMD sequence DMD268/DMD130/DMD131, DMD231, DMD233).
• Advanced students will need to present a resume and a web‑based portfolio along with the CCC Application.
• High School Diploma required or actively pursuing a GED at the City Colleges of Chicago.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and data entry.
