Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking an experienced Manager, Federal Testing & Quality Assurance to lead a professional services team responsible for delivering high-quality testing and QA services across Federal healthcare engagements, including VA. This hands-on role balances people leadership, testing excellence, client delivery, operational management, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience including at least 5 years of consulting experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated product, technology, Healthcare IT, or industry expertise relevant to the practice.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of consulting and testing professionals.
• Direct and review team activities to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Establish and communicate team goals aligned with program priorities.
• Provide coaching and feedback to support performance and development.
• Monitor consultant performance and engagement health through status reports and reviews.
• Provide input on staffing, performance, and resource allocation decisions.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
• Oversee testing activities across Federal engagements and ensure contractual commitments.
