Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Manager, Federal Testing & Quality Assurance to lead a professional services team delivering high-quality testing across Federal healthcare engagements, including the Department of Veterans Affairs. This hands-on leadership role blends people leadership, testing strategy, client delivery, and operational management with project oversight on staff augmentation engagements.

6+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 4 years in consulting.
Previous management or leadership experience is preferred.
Experience in Healthcare IT or related domain is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of consulting and testing professionals across Federal engagements.
Oversee testing services delivery and ensure alignment with contractual requirements and quality standards.
Contribute to testing strategy, planning, and improving testing methodologies.
Monitor operational performance, resource utilization, and delivery metrics across multiple Task Orders.
Collaborate with Federal customers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
