Zachary Piper Solutions in McLean, VA is seeking a Project Leader to drive strategy, deliverables, and profitable outcomes on federal infrastructure projects. This on-site role requires leadership of junior staff, field superintendents, and trades personnel while pursuing TS/SCI eligibility.

The successful candidate will manage Telecommunications and Security Systems deployments, CPM scheduling, and complex market engagements, with a salary range of $100,000–$140,000 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

5+ years in Telecommunications & Security Systems with relevant bachelor’s degree.
Proficiency in CPM scheduling methods and contractor schedules.
4+ years in Federal Airports, Higher Education, and Information Transit Systems markets.
No clearance required to start but ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

Proficient understanding of Telecommunication Systems including Fiber Optic, Structured Cabling, CCTV, OSP & ISP Copper, and DAS.
Lead the design and deployment of Integrated Infrastructure and telecommunications systems, electronic security systems, or Fire and Life Safety.
Assist the project Superintendent and Engineering with project documentation, layout, and field office support.
Coordinate and run project kickoff meetings and key monthly project reviews.
Research submittals, identify change orders, and prepare estimates.
