Qualifications

- Experience with automation systems and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to grow into a leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Leader in planning, coordinating, and executing automation projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Support development of project plans, schedules, and execution strategies.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and support change management.
- Coordinate teams of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
