• Ability to work effectively on a team.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team focusing on tax specialty areas (e.g., corporate, individual, M&A, not-for-profit).
• Complete tax planning and research.
• Prepare federal and state & local tax returns.
• Understand tax regulations and accounting pronouncements.
