Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services that meet mission needs for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a Task Order Project Manager to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment.

Serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer, task order managers, and customer agency representatives.

Qualifications

• Must have Project Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other recognized certification, etc.) plus five (5) years relevant experience
• Five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
• BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience.
• Baseline Certification IAM Level III (CISM, CISSP, GSLC)
• Must live in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area for On Site support Meetings

Responsibilities

• Serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
• Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
• The Contractor shall provide database administration and support for including but not limited to: managing application passwords; performing routine and ad-hoc data table maintenance and record updates to ensure data integrity; and conducting technical data analysis to support mission-critical reporting and decision-making.
