Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience coordinating IT projects with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical architects in a federal IT environment.
• Experience maintaining project documentation and repositories (SharePoint, GitHub) up to date.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems analyst and project coordination services for NAL Library Support System and other NAL applications.
• Develop project charters and schedules across full project lifecycle—requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, acceptance.
• Analyze, categorize, and track ongoing O&M activities and development tasks; participate in planning and estimation.
