Job summary

IMAGINEEER LLC seeks a Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership for federal IT programs, designing scalable and secure solutions that align with mission objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define architectures, roadmaps, and implementation plans across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.

The role emphasizes security compliance (FISMA/FedRAMP), accessibility, and modern development practices within Agile/DevSecOps teams. Public trust clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field required.
• 7+ years in IT architecture, systems engineering, or solution design.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions, preferably in federal sector.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid architectures.
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and modern development frameworks.
• Experience with Agile/DevSecOps environments.
• Must be able to obtain a public trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of enterprise-level technical solutions across applications, systems, and infrastructure.
• Translate mission needs into technical architectures aligned with federal IT strategy and security.
• Evaluate and implement cloud platforms, COTS/GOTS solutions, and open-source tools.
• Create architecture diagrams, design specs, and roadmaps for implementations.
• Oversee full lifecycle delivery from requirements to deployment and sustainment.
• Support migration of legacy apps to cloud or hybrid environments.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, Section 508 accessibility, and records management.
