What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead the implementation of communication system projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
  • Utilize project management tools to analyze complex issues and develop effective resolutions
  • Allocate necessary resources to meet project objectives and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct project reviews and maintain direct communication with customers and senior stakeholders
  • Manage project budgets, quality, and timelines to achieve project objectives effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of project/program management or similar business experience, or 8 years of relevant experience
  • Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required; work permit sponsorship is not available
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • PMP certification or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is highly desired
  • Experience with public safety communications systems, cellular infrastructure, military communications, civil construction, or IT networks
  • Understanding of two-way radio/cellular infrastructure communications products and services
