Job summary

Versa Networks is seeking a Solution Federal Security Solution Architect to guide customers and partners in evaluating, adopting, and expanding Versa technology across Federal and enterprise networks.

You will architect SD-WAN solutions, produce HLD/LLD designs, and perform hands-on PoC validation. The role includes travel for on-site support and authoring technical content for customers and partners.

Qualifications

Deep expertise in TCP/IP and WAN/LAN networking.
Experience designing or operating large-scale enterprise/service-provider networks.
Linux administration experience.
Scripting in Shell and Python.
Willingness to travel to support customers on site.
Knowledge of SaaS architectures and best practices.
Hands-on experience with public and private clouds (AWS, Azure, OpenStack, VMware).

Responsibilities

Provide architectural design services for state-of-the-art SD-WAN deployments (HLD/LLD).
Perform hands-on tests to validate PoC setups, network designs, and deployments.
Deliver Professional Services to strategic customers.
Author whitepapers and knowledge-base articles for customers/partners.
Travel may be required to support customers on site.
Assist customers and teammates in problem solving with a full-stack mindset.
