Job summary

Aleknagik Technology, LLC in Silver Spring, MD, seeks a Security Specialist to support federal credentialing and government systems (HSPD-12, DEERS, RAPIDS). The position is on-site in Silver Spring, MD, five days a week with limited telework approved by the COR.

You will ensure privacy protocols and security procedures are followed. You will work with CAC/PIV enrollment, coordinate with agency personnel, military, and contractors, and maintain data quality, reporting accuracy, and security

Qualifications

• Associates' degree in a related field or Bachelor's degree in related field; one year experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience in security services.
• Knowledge of government systems (DEERS, RAPIDS).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support for government personnel including military and federal contractors.
• Respond to telephone and email inquiries within agency timelines.
• Fluent in HSPD-12, DEERS, RAPIDS systems.
• Work all functions required to produce CAC, PIV/PIV-I and USID enrollment.
• Support data governance, data quality, and reporting standardization efforts.
• Coordinate and manage the Civilian Agency scheduler.
• Maintain DEERS information and RAPIDS/USAccess equipment according to compliance.
