Job summary

Blake Willson Group seeks an experienced Program Manager, Risk Management & Internal Controls (RMIC) to lead enterprise RMIC programs supporting federal financial management initiatives. You will manage program execution, internal control assessments, CAPs, and executive reporting to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in RMIC with federal environments, experience with A-123, GAO Green Book and FMFIA, and holds PMP/CPA/CGFM/CDFM.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in accounting/finance/business or related field.
10+ years leading enterprise-wide RMIC or internal control programs in federal environments.
7+ years implementing federal frameworks (A-123, GAO Green Book, FMFIA).
Experience managing complex programs, CAPs, audit coordination and executive reporting.
Active certification: PMP, CPA, CGFM, or CDFM is required.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise RMIC programs aligned with federal mandates (A-123, GAO Green Book, FMFIA).
Develop integrated program plans, schedules, and tracking tools for RMIC activities.
Oversee TOD/TOE exercises, documentation reviews, and audit-ready evidence collection.
Manage CAP remediation, root-cause analysis, and closure criteria.
Provide executive briefings, dashboards, and status reports to stakeholders.
Mentor RMIC analysts and support workforce development.
