Job summary

Montcure, LLC is seeking a Senior A-123 / RMIC Audit professional to advise the DIA Audit & Internal Controls Branch. You will support hands-on internal controls testing, documentation, and stakeholder training on an enterprise-level federal audit readiness effort.

This role requires GAAP proficiency and PP&E expertise, with responsibility for dashboards and SOPs. Active TS/SCI clearance is required and must be maintained during employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; equivalent experience may substitute for degree.
• Minimum three (3) years of current auditing experience; PP&E audit experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required; ability to maintain clearance during employment.
• Experience with DoD budgets and change management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure PP&E processes follow GAAP and applicable regulations.
• Provide training to PP&E personnel enterprise-wide.
• Execute and oversee the Internal Use Software (IUS) process.
• Create and maintain a PP&E dashboard for inventory by directorate.
• Update PCM and CAPs for PP&E processes.
• Ensure PP&E key controls are implemented across the Agency.
• Create test scripts and test PP&E processes for design/operating effectiveness.
• Oversee PP&E financial accounts (1830 & 1832).
• Revise and update PP&E SOPs, documentation, and job aids regularly.
