• Ability to provide legal advice to the General Counsel, the Commission, and agency management on labor, employment, ethics or information law.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal opinions and guidance to agency leadership on applicable laws and policies.
• Represent the NRC in litigation and proceedings before tribunals and federal courts.
