Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of work experience, including substantial litigation experience in fields affecting adjudicatory work of the ASLBP.
• Prefer experience in administrative law and environmental law with extensive litigation experience.
• Experience comparable to a grade 15 or higher in the Federal government or equivalent.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to make fair and impartial decisions based on the record.

• Preside over ASLBP proceedings and manage adjudicatory processes.
• Apply rules of evidence and witness examination in licensing and enforcement matters.
