Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 6 years managing federal programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing federal government contracts.
• Strong working knowledge of federal records management requirements.
• Demonstrated understanding of how records management intersects with ERM/EHR platforms.
• PMP certification or active progress toward PMP.

Responsibilities

• Lead, modernize, and grow a portfolio of federal records management contracts.
• Accountable for contract execution, portfolio performance, client confidence, and staff performance.
• Stabilizes and improves contract and portfolio performance using disciplined program management practices.
• Maintains a portfolio-level view of delivery health, including priorities, resources, and financial performance.
• Earns trusted‑advisor status with federal clients by translating records and compliance requirements.
• Expands contract portfolio and helps bring in new contracts through consultative engagement.
• Modernizes records management delivery by integrating NARA requirements and performance analytics.
• Builds a high‑performing team culture with clear roles, effective communication, and continuous improvement.
