Job summary

Infinisource Consulting Solutions is seeking a Records Management Lead to oversee the development and implementation of contract tasks within a federal records program. You will ensure compliance with laws and directives, provide technical guidance, and manage records lifecycle activities across electronic and paper environments.

The role requires 5+ years in federal records management, 4+ years of supervisory experience, and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of experience working in a federal records management environment.
• Must have 4 years of supervisory duties.
• Must have a Secret-level security clearance.
• Must be personable, articulate, knowledgeable, professional, with excellent customer service and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement contract tasks.
• Ensure compliance with federal records management laws, regulations, directives, and best practices.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team and Agency staff.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, work plans, and status reports.
• Coordinate records depository and retirement services, including scanning services as needed.
• Support data entry, coordination, and control tasks within ERA and other records systems.
